惡劣環(huán)境下軍用空調(diào)控制系統(tǒng)研究

摘要
論文重點(diǎn)研究軍用空調(diào)研發(fā)中需要解決的高溫制冷和低電壓?jiǎn)?dòng)中出現(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。在對(duì)軍用空調(diào)高溫制冷停機(jī)的原因分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)軍用空調(diào)控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了全新設(shè)計(jì)。包括如下工作,系統(tǒng)采用了溫度控制技術(shù)、變頻技術(shù)及通信技術(shù),確定了溫度控制規(guī)則、壓縮機(jī)頻率控制規(guī)則。具體的是通過(guò)產(chǎn)生SPWM信號(hào),母線電壓檢測(cè)、校正,功率驅(qū)動(dòng),產(chǎn)生滿足變頻壓縮機(jī)U/F特性的三相交流電,來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)軍用空調(diào)的變頻、變壓控制。經(jīng)過(guò)樣機(jī)實(shí)際試驗(yàn),證明以上研究工作實(shí)現(xiàn)了軍用空調(diào)適應(yīng)惡劣環(huán)境保證正常制冷運(yùn)行的調(diào)控作用。全文共分四章及附錄A,第一章介紹了本文的應(yīng)用背景和研究目的:第二章討論了解決目前問(wèn)題的理論基礎(chǔ);第三章給出了控制系統(tǒng)的具體設(shè)計(jì);第四章通過(guò)對(duì)試驗(yàn)報(bào)告和試驗(yàn)曲線進(jìn)行分析,給出本文研究的結(jié)論;附錄A給出了部分通信程序清單。

Abstract
The main aim of this thesis is to design the controlling system of the airconditional equipment for military shelter which works in the hi曲temperature.Underlow voltage and hi曲temperature,the start of the operation of the air conditionalequipment for military shelter is a very difficult.To change this situation,controlling system of the air conditional equipment for military shelter must be effectively designed. the new designed controlling system,following technologies ale used,temperature control,frequency conversion and di西tal communication between modules.At sametime temperature control role and compressor frequency control rule are made out.Thecontrolling processing include generating SPWM waveform,the generatrix voltage examination,and power driving to create alternate voltage with U/F’characteristics required by the compressor of frequency conversion to control frequency and voltageneeded by the air conditional equipment for military shelter.The experiments show that designed new controlling system can work well under severe environments..
The thesis ale divided into four scctions,the first chapter introduced the application background and the fesearch goal;the second chapter introduced some theoretic basis which would be used in next sections;the third chapter gave the concrete design of the control system;the fourth chapter was experiments and conclusions;Appendix listed some partial communication procedures.
