肋片管換熱器管外三維流動與空氣側(cè)表面換熱模擬

摘要:【中文摘要】 利用計(jì)算流體力學(xué)軟件FLUENT對套片式肋片管換熱器干工況進(jìn)行三維數(shù)值模擬。改進(jìn)以往計(jì)算方法中的不足,并在模擬過程中考慮肋片管管壁面對肋片的導(dǎo)熱引起的肋片表面溫度分布場對換熱的影響,得出Re在643到3208的范圍內(nèi)肋片管換熱器空氣側(cè)對流換熱系數(shù)關(guān)聯(lián)式。比較原有模擬方法中不考慮肋片厚度而將肋片表面簡化為等壁溫條件與考慮肋片和管壁之間導(dǎo)熱條件下的對流換熱系數(shù)的差異,指出兩者的偏差之處。 【英文摘要】 This passage use the hydromechanics software FLUENT to numerically simulate the dry behavior of casing fin tube heat exchanger,also modify the disadvantage of the past calculation method with it.In the numerical simulation,it is considered which the influence of the heat-conduction about the pipe wall surface to the fin that cause the temperature distribution of the fin,and acquire the airside of the ribbed tube heat exchanger heat-exchanging formula of the heat convection which the Re range from 643 to 3208.Comparing the difference between the methods which to leave out the thickness of the fin and to consider of the heat conduction between fin and pipe wall,point out the difference as well. 【中文關(guān)鍵詞】 數(shù)值模擬; 套片式肋片管換熱器; 換熱關(guān)聯(lián)式【英文關(guān)鍵詞】 numerical simulation; casing fin tube heat-exchanger; heat-exchange tie-in
