兩級冷凝熱泵熱水系統(tǒng)的實驗研究

摘要: 【中文摘要】 空氣源熱泵熱水器運(yùn)行在高溫工作區(qū)時,壓縮機(jī)功率及壓縮機(jī)排氣溫度往往偏高,這不僅給機(jī)組的安全穩(wěn)定性帶來了隱患,同時系統(tǒng)的效率也會明顯下降。針對這一問題,文中提出了一種兩級冷凝熱泵熱水系統(tǒng)以及相應(yīng)的控制方式,并進(jìn)行了實驗。實驗結(jié)果表明,與傳統(tǒng)的熱泵熱水器相比,這一系統(tǒng)不僅能提高供水溫度,而且能讓熱泵熱水機(jī)組在高溫工作區(qū)的冷凝溫度相對較低,從而在提高供水溫度的同時,有效的降低了機(jī)組z*高壓縮機(jī)功率以及z*高壓縮機(jī)排氣溫度,系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行安全、可靠、高效。 【英文摘要】 When an air source heat pump water heater runs at higher water temperature,the power input and the discharge temperature of its compressor are high,leading to problems of security and stability,and the significant decrease of the system efficiency.In our study,a hot water system with a two-stage condensation heat pump and its corresponding control method were proposed.The experimental results show that compared with the conventional heat pump water heaters,the present system can raise the temperature of supply water and lower the condensation temperature of the unit running at higher water temperature,leading to the decrease in the maximum compressor power input and the highest compressor discharge temperature. 【中文關(guān)鍵詞】 熱工學(xué); 兩級冷凝熱泵熱水系統(tǒng); 冷凝溫度; 壓縮機(jī)功率; 壓縮機(jī)排氣溫度; 能效比【英文關(guān)鍵詞】 Pyrology; Two-stage condensing heat pump hot water system; Condensing temperature; Compressor power; Compressor discharge temperature; COP
