紡織廠空調(diào)系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化研究

摘要:【中文摘要】 為提高噴淋室熱濕交換效率并降低系統(tǒng)能耗,通過理論分析和實(shí)驗(yàn)方法對空調(diào)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、空調(diào)設(shè)備改造和空調(diào)系統(tǒng)節(jié)能運(yùn)行等方面進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明,采用新型多功能紡織空調(diào)噴淋室,全熱交換效率顯著提高,接觸系數(shù)提高26.4%;通過擋水板、噴淋室及管式間接蒸發(fā)冷卻器節(jié)能改造,空調(diào)室節(jié)能1.91%、10.52%和5.07%;冷水機(jī)組由三臺(tái)在80%制冷量下運(yùn)行減少為一臺(tái)在90%制冷量下工作,耗電減少64.33%;采用自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)空調(diào)室能耗減少45.60%。 【英文摘要】 In order to improve the heat and moisture exchange efficiency of spray chamber and reduce energy consumption,design of air-conditioning system,reconstruction of air condition equipments and energy-saving operation were studied through theoretical analysis and experimental methods.Research results show that by using the new multi-functional air-conditioning spray chamber in textile mill,full heat exchange efficiency improved remarkablely and contact coefficient increased by 26.4%;through the energy-saving reconstruction of eliminator,spray room and tube indirect evaporative cooler,energy-saving of air-conditioned rooms were 1.91%,10.52% and 5.07%;three refrigeration units with 80% cooling capacity was reduced to one with 90% cooling capacity and the power was reduced by 64.33%;applying of automatic control system for air-conditioned rooms,energy consumption reduced by 45.60%.The engineering practice laid the foundation for the study on optimization of air-conditioning system in textile 【中文關(guān)鍵詞】 紡織廠; 空調(diào)系統(tǒng); 優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì); 節(jié)能; 熱濕交換效率【英文關(guān)鍵詞】 textile mills; air-conditioning system; optimization design; energy saving; heat and moisture exchange efficiency
