循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)操作費(fèi)用的優(yōu)化研究

摘要:【中文摘要】 建立了循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)操作費(fèi)用模型,討論了各種因素對(duì)循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行費(fèi)用的影響規(guī)律。干球溫度,空氣相對(duì)濕度,冷卻塔鼓風(fēng)量等因素的變化直接影響循環(huán)水出塔溫度,而出塔溫度的變化對(duì)系統(tǒng)的循環(huán)水量具有很大的影響,如從28℃增加到30℃時(shí),循環(huán)水量增加20%左右,輸送費(fèi)用也會(huì)相應(yīng)地增加。昆明地區(qū),冬季循環(huán)水出塔溫度為22.5℃時(shí),操作費(fèi)用z*低,而夏季循環(huán)水出塔溫度為27.5℃時(shí),操作費(fèi)用z*低,另外,水價(jià),電價(jià)不同也會(huì)影響系統(tǒng)z*佳出塔溫度選取。因此,相同的系統(tǒng)在不同的季節(jié),不同的地區(qū),具有不同的z*佳操作參數(shù)。 【英文摘要】 A operational cost model of circulating water system was established in this paper,some important influent factors and their influent behavior were discussed.The temperature of leaving tower is directly affected by changes of the factors such as dry bulb temperature,related humidity,air volume of tower and so on,and the temperature change of leaving tower obviously affects on flowrate of cooling water,for example,when the temperature increases from 28 to 30℃,flowrate increases by 20 percent,the cost of transportation increases,too.In Kunming area,when the temperature of leaving tower is 22.5℃ in winter and is 27.5℃ in summer,the operational cost is minimal.In addition,different water price and electricity price would affect the choice of optimal temperature of leaving tower.Therefore,the same system behaves different operation performance in different seasons and regions. 【中文關(guān)鍵詞】 循環(huán)水系統(tǒng); 經(jīng)濟(jì)模型; 優(yōu)化; 操作費(fèi)用【英文關(guān)鍵詞】 circulating water system; economic model; optimization; operation cost
