摘要：【中文摘要】 冷庫(kù)作為耗能大戶(hù),一直受到人們的關(guān)注,如何實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能,關(guān)系到冷庫(kù)行業(yè)的發(fā)展和社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提升。本文概述了目前我國(guó)冷庫(kù)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r及存在的問(wèn)題,著重同國(guó)外同行業(yè)能耗現(xiàn)狀做了對(duì)比,指出了存在的差異,從技術(shù)角度和管理層面指出了冷庫(kù)的節(jié)能方向,提出了冷庫(kù)節(jié)能途徑,對(duì)企業(yè)降低能耗具有一定的實(shí)際指導(dǎo)意義。 【英文摘要】 As a major energy using industry,the cold storage industry has long been concerned by people about the energy saving which is related to the development and competitiveness of the industry.In this paper the current status and some problems of the cold storage are described and the energy consumption as compared witi that of foreign countries is emphasized.The differences and directions from the technical and management aspect and ways of energy-saving are pointed out which have a great significance for enterprises to reduce consumption of energy. 【中文關(guān)鍵詞】 冷庫(kù); 能耗; 管理; 節(jié)能【英文關(guān)鍵詞】 cold storage; consumption of energy; management; energy-saving
