基于濕球溫度的逆流閉式冷卻塔換熱模型分析

摘要:【中文摘要】 根據(jù)熱力學(xué)和傳熱學(xué)理論分析,建立了逆流閉式冷卻塔熱傳遞過程的微分方程組,并利用濕球溫度與濕空氣飽和溫度在空氣-水系統(tǒng)中數(shù)值上相等以及濕空氣飽和線線性兩種合理的假設(shè)推導(dǎo)得到了基于空氣濕球溫度的數(shù)學(xué)模型。對某逆流閉式冷卻塔基于濕球溫度的換熱模型應(yīng)用Matlab作四階Runge-kutta數(shù)值求解,得到了冷卻循環(huán)水、噴淋水、空氣干濕球溫度的變化規(guī)律,基于此模型可分析濕球溫度對逆流閉式冷卻塔冷卻效率的影響,同時為今后此類冷卻塔的開發(fā)提供理論支撐。 【英文摘要】 A differential equation group of heat and mass transfer process was obtained in term of analyzing of thermodynamics and heat transfer theoretically in counter-flow closed cooling tower.Meanwhile,the heat transfer model of wet bulb temperature was established based on two reasonable hypothesis that the numerical value of wet bulb temperature and saturated moist air temperature are equal in the air-water system,and linearity of moist saturated air line.The differential equation group was solved by IV order Runge-Kutta method.The temperature of circulated cooling water,spraying water,wet bulb and dry bulb along the height of cooler were analyzed.It provides a basis for analyzing the influence of wet bulb temperature on cooling effectiveness of counter-flow closed cooling tower,and supporting theoretically of future development of the same type of cooling tower. 【中文關(guān)鍵詞】  逆流閉式冷卻塔,濕球溫度,冷卻效率【英文關(guān)鍵詞】 counter-flow closed cooling tower; wet bulb temperature; cooling effectiveness
