冷凝法油氣回收工藝的能耗分析

摘要:作者:趙志偉; 杜塏 關(guān)鍵詞:暖通空調(diào)論文,油氣回收,復疊循環(huán) 【中文摘要】 汽油等油品在儲運過程中會有部分輕烴組分揮發(fā)進入大氣,與空氣混合成為油氣。這部分油氣在儲運過程中難免會產(chǎn)生環(huán)境污染、能源浪費等問題,利用復疊制冷循環(huán)制取低溫來冷凝油氣中的輕烴組分,實現(xiàn)油氣回收、節(jié)能減排已成為業(yè)內(nèi)研究的熱點課題之一。冷凝法油氣回收裝置的能耗是研究者普遍關(guān)心的問題,本文提出了一種冷凝法油氣回收系統(tǒng),計算了溫度變化時冷凝負荷的變化,從理論上分析了機組能耗隨環(huán)境溫度變化的規(guī)律。并指出了降低機組能耗的關(guān)鍵。 【英文摘要】 Light hydrocarbon components of petroleum products such as gasoline evaporate into atmosphere in the process of stockpiling and transportation, which mix with air as components of refueling gas. The low temperature condensation method of refueling gas recovery, which utilizes cascade cycle technique, is becoming the research focus. The power consumption of the condensation refueling gas recovery equipment is concerned by researchers and manufacturers. A condensation refueling gas recovery system was presented in this paper. The variation of power consumption and heat load of condenser with the change of ambient air temperature was calculated and the variation relationship between them was analyzed theoretically.
